Is it possible to visit store personally and buy from there?

Currently we are taking only online orders. Once we open physical store, it will be displayed on our website.

How do I ensure that my details are safe and secured?

We respect customer's privacy. We have standard security system including SSL. All data is stored in an encrypted form which cannot be breached.

Are the medicines available online are genuine and original?

We procure all medicines directly from the manufacturer. Hence all medicines are original and of high quality.

What is a generic medicine?

Generic medicines are those medicines which contain the same ingredient as of branded one. They are also tested and approved. However, in comparison to branded ones they are cheap.

Can I get refund if I do not want the medicine?

As per our refund policy, goods once sold cannot be exchanged or returned. However, we do replace the product if the package is lost or not delivered due to any reason.

How much time it takes for the parcel to get delivered?

Normally it takes 3-4 days for the package to get delivered in UK and 14-15 days for The rest of the world. It may take little more time depending on the country of delivery.

Is there any side effect of the medicines?

All ED medicines have certain side effects. Read the product description of the medicine to know more about side effects.
